The 12-floor method

We score evidence quality before product appeal and keep unknown fields visible.

The order

  1. Exact domain and product.
  2. Legal operator identity.
  3. Regulator and licence scope.
  4. Australian legal context.
  5. Terms accessibility and version.
  6. Bonus cost and restrictions.
  7. Withdrawal limits and KYC.
  8. Game authenticity and configuration.
  9. Responsible-gambling controls.
  10. Privacy and account security.
  11. Complaint pattern and resolution.
  12. Editorial conflicts and update date.

Source ladder

Primary regulators, statutes, contractual terms and account-level records come first. Independent testing and established databases can corroborate or reveal contradictions. Promotional pages and anonymous claims are leads only. When sources disagree, we show the disagreement rather than averaging it into a false consensus.

No rating theatre

This build does not publish a star score, a fake user-review total or an AggregateRating schema. A single number can conceal missing identity or legal evidence. Our outcome is narrative: established, disputed, unresolved or high risk, with the reasons alongside it.

Corrections

Every material update requires a dated primary source and a record of the field changed. A new bonus headline does not overwrite archived terms. A renamed entity does not inherit a licence without evidence of the relationship.
